Light zander soup with tomatoes

Ingredients

  1. Agama zander fillet
    400 g
  2. Celery
    1 stalk
  3. Onion
    1 pc.
  4. Olive oil
    3 tbsp.
  5. Potato
    2 pcs.
  6. Chicken broth
    1 l
  7. Canned tomatoes with their liquid
    200 g
  8. Garlic
    3 cloves
  9. Herbs
    2 springs


Directions:

1. Defrost and dry Agama pike perch fillet. Cut it

2. Chop celery, onion and garlic. Peel and dice potatoes.

3. Pour olive oil into a heavy-bottomed pot and fry celery and onion. Add garlic and fry all ingredients together for 2 more minutes.

4. Add tomatoes, broth and potatoes. Bring it to the oil, cook for 10 more minutes.

5. Cut Agama pike perch fillet into small pieces. Add the fish into the soup.

6. Cook the soup until potatoes are tender.

7. Chop herbs and add into the soup. Enjoy your meal!
