Fish fingers with garlic sauce

Ingredients

  1. Haddock fillet AGAMA
    400 g
  2. Flour
    100 g
  3. Eggs
    1 pc.
  4. Bread crumbs
    100 g
  5. Cream
    100 ml
  6. Paprika
    1 tsp.
  7. Salt
    to taste
  8. Black pepper
    to taste
  9. Vegetable oil
    to taste
  10. Sour cream
    100 g
  11. Garlic
    3 cloves


Directions:

  1.  Defrost haddock fillet AGAMA.
  2.  Cut the fillet into small pieces of 2.5 cm thick.3.  Beat the egg with cream.4.  Mix bread crumbs with paprika, salt, pepper.5.   Roll each piece of fish first in flour, then in cream, and then in bread crumbs.6.  Deep-fry the sticks.7.  Put the finished sticks on a paper towel to remove excess oil.8.   Chop the garlic for the sauce. Mix with sour cream and chopped cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.It is very convenient to take fish fingers and homemade garlic sauce with you for a picnic.
