Fish fingers with garlic sauce

Directions:
- Defrost haddock fillet AGAMA.

- Cut the fillet into small pieces of 2.5 cm thick.
3. Beat the egg with cream.
4. Mix bread crumbs with paprika, salt, pepper.
5. Roll each piece of fish first in flour, then in cream, and then in bread crumbs.
6. Deep-fry the sticks.
7. Put the finished sticks on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
8. Chop the garlic for the sauce. Mix with sour cream and chopped cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
