Ingredients

  1. Agama Royal shrimps No.6
    300 g
  2. Glass noodles
    100 g
  3. Red bell pepper
    1 pc.
  4. Carrot
    1 pc.
  5. Onion
    1 pc.
  6. Olive oil
    3 tbsp.
  7. Garlic
    3 cloves
  8. Parsley
    3 springs
  9. Lemon juice
    1 tsp.
  10. Sesame oil
    2 tsp.
  11. Soy sauce
    1 tsp.
  12. Salt
    to taste
  13. Pepper
    to taste


Directions:

1. Cover glass noodles with hot water and leave for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse through with cold boiled water

2. Peel bell pepper and onion and cut into thin strips, peel and cut onion into half rings

3. Fry vegetables in olive oil for 3 minutes, vegetables should remain crispy. Add smashed garlic
