Original fish cakes

Ingredients

  1. Agama Alaska pollock fillet
    400 g
  2. Carrot
    1 pc.
  3. Onion
    1 pc.
  4. Chicken eggs
    1 pc.
  5. Flour
    2 table spoons
  6. Dried marjoram
    1 pinch
  7. Parsley
    to taste
  8. Salt
    to taste


Directions:

1. Defrost and dry Agama Alaska pollock fillet

2. Cut onion, carrot, parsley and fish in several pieces

3. Grind in blender

4. Add an egg, spices, a little bit of flour, stir well

5. Form cakes, dredge, put in a steam cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

6. Serve tasty cakes with a vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
