Paella with shrimps

Ingredients

  1. Argentinean shrimps AGAMA
    1 pack
  2. Rice
    150 g
  3. Tomatoes
    1 pc.
  4. Bell pepper
    1 pc.
  5. Bouillon
    500 ml
  6. Garlic
    3 cloves
  7. Shallot
    ½ pc.
  8. Parsley
    ½ bunch
  9. Saffron
    4 g
  10. Lemon
    ½ pc.
  11. Olive oil
    30 ml
  12. Salt
    to taste
  13. Pepper
    to taste


Directions:

  1.  Add saffron to the hot bouillon to open up and give color and aroma.2. Defrost AGAMA Argentinean shrimps.3. Peel the carapaces of the shrimps and remove the intestinal vein.4. Fry the carapaces in olive oil and minced garlic for 2 minutes, all other ingredients will absorb the smell of shrimps. Remove the carapaces and garlic from the pan.5.  Add thinly sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan. Fry for 3 minutes.6. Add the diced tomato and stew for a couple of minutes.7.  Add rice to vegetables.8. Add the bouillon and cook for 7 minutes.9. Add the peeled  AGAMA Argentinean shrimps to the pan and cook 10 minutes (until the rice is done).
