Ingredients

  1. Agama royal shrimps No. 6
    12 pcs.
  2. Rice paper
    4 sheets
  3. Avocado
    1 pc.
  4. Cherry tomatoes
    8 pcs.
  5. Salad leaves
    4 pcs.
  6. Red bell pepper
    0,5 pc.
  7. Yellow bell pepper
    0,5 pc.
  8. For sauce:
  9. Soy sauce
    1 tbsp.
  10. Sesame oil
    1/2 tsp.
  11. Fish sauce
    1 tbsp.
  12. Sweet chili sauce
    2 tbsp.
  13. Finely ground fresh ginger
    0,5 tsp.
  14. Garlic
    0,5 tsp.


Directions:

1. Peel and cut avocado (sprinkle it with lemon juice), pepper, tomatoes and salad into strips

2. Defrost Agama royal shrimps No. 6 and put them for 30 seconds into boiling water, then dry them

3. Place rice paper into water to soak

4. Put a salad leaf, cut avocado, tomatoes, bell pepper and shrimps onto each paper sheet

5. Roll it up

6. To prepare a sauce mix together all ingredients and stir thoroughly

7. Serve spring rolls with the aromatic sauce. Enjoy your meal!
