Bruschetta with shrimp cream and lightly salted trout

Ingredients

  1. Lightly salted trout AGAMA
    200 g
  2. Northen shrimps №1 AGAMA
    200 g
  3. Cream cheese
    100 g
  4. Bread
    6 slices
  5. Lemon
    1 pc.
  6. Olive oil
    2 table spoons
  7. Salt
    to taste
  8. Parsley
    1 sprig


Directions:

  1. Defrost northern shrimps №1 AGAMA.
  2.  Put  shrimps, cream cheese, olive oil in a blender bowl, squeeze the lemon juice. Grind everything in a blender.
  3.  Grill bread slices.
  4.  Defrost lightly salted trout AGAMA.
  5.  Cut the fish into thin slices.
  6. Spread the toasted bread with shrimp cream, put the trout slices on top and decorate with greens.
