Halibut cannelloni


  1. Agama halibut fillet
    400 grams
  2. Cannelloni
    6 pieces
  3. White bread
    100 grams
  4. Chicken egg
    1 piece
  5. Milk
    50 ml
  6. Parmesan cheese
    150 grams
  7. Green onions
    5-6 stalks
  8. Fennel and parsley
    1 bunch
  9. Lemon
    1/2 piece
  10. Salt and pepper
    to taste
  11. For sauce:
  12. Milk
    400 ml
  13. Butter
    20 grams
  14. Wheat flour
    20 grams
  15. Nutmeg
    knife tip
  16. Salt
    to taste


Step 1.

Cut off crusts from the bread slices of bread, soak the bread insides in milk.

Step 2.

Chop the halibut fillet in thin pieces.

Step 3.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add to the bread.

Step 4.

Chop the herbs and onions, add to the fish. Mix the ingredients.

Step 5.

Put the minced fish with eggs and mix them thoroughly.

Step 6.

Stuff the canneloni with minced fish and put them into the casserole dish.

Step 7.

Melt butter in the frying pan, melt the flour in it.

Step 8.

Pour hot milk into the flour and butter and, stirring constantly, stew under a low heat for 10-15 minutes. At the end, add salt and nutmeg.

Step 9.

Pour the sauce into the cannelloni with minced fish and put in the oven to bake for about 30-40 minutes at 200°C . Do not forget to dredge cheese for an appetizing crust!
