Wash the fish, dry it using paper towels, season with salt and pepper.
Peel the garlic and smash it with the flat of your knife blade.
Finely chop the parsley. Fry cedar nuts in the frying pan, add the parsley, garlic and fry for a while with slight stirring.
Add into the same frying pan olive oil, put the fish and fry it for 2-3 minutes from each side.
Add the wine, stew for a couple of minutes and remove from the fire.
