Atlantic salmon sashimi

Ingredients

Atlantic salmon fillet1 package

Red onion1/2 bulb

Chives2-3 leaves

Yuzu juice50 ml

Soy sauce1 table spoon

Sesame oil1 tea spoon

Pink peppercorn1/2 tea spoon
Directions:
Peel red onion and finely chop it.
Mix yuzu juice with soy sauce, sesame oil, add red onion and blend.
Chip Atlantic salmon into thin slices.
Leave the fish in the marinade for a couple of minutes.
Chop chives into fine pieces.
Put Atlantic salmon slices on the plate, pour the marinade, dredge chives and pink pepper.
