Steaks under cream sauce


  1. Agama Atlantic salmon steak
    400 grams
  2. Onion
    1 piece
  3. Dairy cream 23%
    125 ml
  4. Dry white wine
    100 ml
  5. Olive oil
    to taste
  6. Ground white pepper
    to taste
  7. Salt
    to taste


Heat the oven up to 180 degrees.

Cover the dripping pan with cooking sheet and put the steaks on it, add pepper, salt and olive oil.

Bake for 30 min.

Make sauce: chop the onion and fry in a frying pan with oil until it becomes transparent.

Add wine and boil it off over medium heat until the volume of the sauce reduces by two-thirds.

Add dairy cream and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the salmon steaks.
