Juicy tuna in bacon
Ingredients

Agama tuna fillet500 g

Bacon4 strips

Avocado2 pcs.

Directions:
Carefully place the bacon on the board, put a piece of tuna in the center of each strip, add salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap the tuna in bacon and fix it with toothpicks.
Fry tuna in the heated pan in oil for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Make sauce: beat two table spoon of olive oil with vinegar, salt and paper.
Cut the peeled avocado into thin slices and place on a plate with lettuce, put on this “green pillow” tune in bacon and pour all with the sauce.
